Giant basal cell carcinoma of the left lateral neck

Basal cell carcinoma is a malignant epithelial neoplasm of the skin and most common human cancer. It generally associated with good prognosis. In this case report, giant basal nodulo-ulcerative type showing wide ulceration marginal multiple small nodules, presented. was trapezoidal in shape, having dimensions 7 cm at greatest width, 6 vertically different anterior posterior margin dimensions, 5 horizontally top margin. After excision lesion including 5â??10 mm safety margins, wound reconstructed local flap split-thickness graft. The healed well without recurrence for 1 year. Keywords: / Head neck Skin neoplasms
